Last week, Advantek participated in electronica 2024, the world’s leading trade fair and conference for the electronics industry, held in Munich. This year’s event focused on exciting themes like AI innovations, electrification and digitalization in automotive industry, as well as sustainability in electronics—key areas shaping the future of our industry.

Advantek kicked off September by participating in #SemiConTaiwan2024, one of the semiconductor industry’s most anticipated events.

With over 80,000 attendees, this year’s ‘Breaking Limits: Powering the AI Era’ theme spotlighted advancements in fan-out panel-level packaging (FOPLP) and how Advantek’s UPI products, integrating on-tape bar codes, provide reliable off-component traceability.

Our Taiwan team had the chance to connect with customers, demonstrating how Advantek’s tape and reel solutions are ready to scale.

Advantek exhibited last week at SEMICON Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur – the largest gathering of the electronics supply chain in the region. Representatives from our locations in Penang, Singapore, and across Southeast Asia showcased Advantek’s carrier tape and reel capabilities.

This year’s show focused on the theme “Boosting Agility and Resiliency of the Global Electronics Supply Chain,” emphasizing the importance of building resilience to better withstand unpredictable disruptions to the semiconductor industry.
