Wim Goossens began with Advantek in 2014 as a consultant for operational efficiency – becoming chief operating officer (COO) and president the same year. Goossens previously worked at Concentric AB as Senior Vice President for operations in Europe and Asia. Prior to that, Goossens held senior positions in operations, business development, finance, global aftermarket, and distribution at Haldex AB.

George Carbone
George has vast experience in accounting and capital management from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, and KPMG. He specializes in private equity investment and has worked with several portfolio companies of KKR, TA, CVC, and HIG. He joined in 2023 as CFO and EVP to lead Advantek’s financial strategy – with focus on value creation through scaled business growth; including organizational optimization, metric-driven decision-making, and acquisitions.
Rose-Ann Lera
Rose-Ann Lera
In 2010, Rose joined Advantek Philippines, earning the role of Human Resources Director for South-East Asia in 2019. Throughout the years, she has spearheaded initiatives to streamline department processes and strengthen our organization – by improving connections to training and advancement opportunities. Currently, Rose directs her team’s efforts toward organizational compliance and programs that ensure Advantek is a great place to work.
Jason Skrtic

Leading operations in the Americas, Jason brings years of experience from the Advantek Group Management team – with previous roles as VP of Global Sales and VP of Product & Brand. Before joining Advantek, Skrtic held a number of positions in customer service, sales management, and global sales at Accu-Tech Plastics giving him nearly 2 decades of industry expertise.
Vincent Huang
Vincent Huang
Vincent oversees the North East Asia organization – focusing on the needs of customers in the region. He joined Advantek in 2014 as the Director of the Taiwan plant, advancing to the role of SVP of Operations. Before joining, Vincent gained significant experience in manufacturing, quality, and sales through Management roles at electronics manufacturers like Wakefield-Vette Corporation, Eumax Technology, Aavid Thermalloy, and Motorola.

Axel drives the EMEA organization to address the diverse spectrum of regional market needs. With over 20 years of Advantek experience, his background in Engineering and Business Administration serves as a valuable foundation for navigating complex technical challenges and leading strategic development.
