Advantek Brings Global Teams Together for Strategy and OpEx 2026

Last month, Advantek brought together representatives from 22 nationalities for our 2026 Strategic & Operational Excellence Conference, with the theme Smarter, Faster, More: Powered by Our People.

Over three days, leaders and specialists from across the organization discussed strategic priorities, explored the role of artificial intelligence in manufacturing, and reaffirmed a shared commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Regional leaders from Asia, Europe, and North America also shared updates on operational initiatives, cross-regional collaboration, and partnerships that continue to strengthen Advantek’s global capabilities.

The message was clear: the demand for high-precision component packaging and reliable manufacturing solutions continues to grow, and so does the opportunity.

Beyond the agenda, the conference was a reminder of what truly makes Advantek. Strategy is implemented by our people – collaborating to solve problems and deliver real value to customers.
