Our STATLOK® 1100 Static Shielding Bag is ideal for contents needing protection from static but not from moisture. Its durable construction safeguards static-sensitive devices during transport and storage. STATLOK® 1100 bags are available in several standard sizes designed to contain matrix trays, tubes and 13” shipping reels. Need other sizes? We can make custom bags to fi t the needs of nearly any project.

• 3.0 mil thick transparent buried metal ESD static shield bag engineered to protect contents from electro-static shock while allowing visual inspection capability.

• Meets requirements of EIA 541

Construction

STATLOK® 1100 Static Shielding Bags are constructed in three layers. These layers consist of a static dissipative polyester outer layer and a static dissipative polyethylene inner layer with a center metallized shield layer.

Configurations

STATLOK® 1100 Static Shielding Bags are available in custom sizes or in several industry standard sizes designed for 13” reels, matrix trays and tubes. Bags are offered in a 2-seal confi guration with a bottom fold or a 3-seal confi guration, with our standard Advantek hot-stamp or your company’s hot-stamped or fl exographically printed logo.

Shelf Life and Storage

We recommend that STATLOK® 1100 bags be used within 3 years from the date of manufacture. Store this product in its original packaging in a climate-controlled environment where temperature ranges from 20°C +/- 16°C (68°F +/- 29°F) and relative humidity is 50% +/- 30%.
